Salon Cancellations Policy

 

Cancellations are a part of life and on rare occasions cannot be helped, here at The Beauty Business we understand this and will do our best to accommodate our clients. However, we do ask that when making your appointments that you bear in mind the following.

 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately. We will need to know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before 48 hours, will result in a 50% cost of the treatment. Cancellation notice MUST be given within the salon open working hours 48 hours before the treatment is due to begin.

 

​General T&Cs

1. All Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from the date written on the voucher at purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.

2. A patch test is required for all new clients.

3. You must agree to follow all pre and post-aftercare given. Failure to do so will affect your finished results. If aftercare is not followed and an additional treatment is required, you will be charged accordingly.

4. You must be over 18 years of age.

5. You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

6. You must disclose all medical conditions and current medication as this may affect your treatment.

7. Eyelash extensions must be removed 48 hours prior to any eyeliner treatment.

8. You must wait a minimum of 4 weeks in between procedures to allow for the skin to fully heal.

9. You must have your follow-up appointment within 6-10 weeks following on from the first initial treatment otherwise you will be charged a colour boost.

10. Please ensure you are happy with the treatment before leaving the premises. Any additional retouches after this will be charged and cannot be completed within the first 4 weeks.

11.  Booking times are set, and we kindly ask you to ensure you allow plenty of time to get to your appointment. Late arrivals maybe asked to re-book and will therefore be ask for a cancellation fee.

Permanent Makeup T&Cs

1. When booking your permanent make up appointment we will require a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure all new appointment. This is transferable but must be redeemed within 6 months off the consultation date.

2. You must be over 18 years of age.

3. You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

4. You must agree to follow all pre and post-aftercare given. Failure to do so will affect your finished results. If aftercare is not followed and an additional treatment is required, you will be charged accordingly.

Laser Courses

 

When booking for a course of treatment we will require 50% of the full amount, the outstanding balance can be spread across the remaining treatment sessions. Failure to cancel or rebook within the notice period will result in the loss of a single session.

 

• When booking single laser sessions to the value of £50 or more will need to pay a deposit of £20

Christmas (December) Booking Policy

 

This is an extremely busy time of year for all salons and clinics, and it is not uncommon for us to have a wait list, therefore any appointments booked during this time will need to have had a £10 non-refundable booking fee.
