My passion for all things health and beauty started in 1996 when I qualified as a traditional sugaring practitioner, and since then I've gained extensive experience in personal training, nutrition, well-being and the very latest in beauty treatments.

Having spent my career studying the body inside and out, I believe that it is important to avoid using unnecessary chemicals on our skin to keep it looking good and feeling great!
